Elizabeth Tuch - REALTOR®
After living in Southern California my whole life, my husband and I relocated to Las Vegas In October 2018 and haven’t looked back! I am the proud mother of a local doctor, (my daughter is a family medicine resident at UNLV School of Medicine) , and a college student! My husband and I live with our three Shih Tzu’s in Henderson. We are very passionate about dogs and I have been recently volunteering with a new animal rescue. I have spent my life owning my own businesses and working in customer service and retail. I love working with people and making their dreams come true. As a passion, my husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes and renovated them.
My goal is to make the home buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. I want to take the headache out of something which can be a very stressful and tumultuous time. If you are selling I will fight for you and negotiate to get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time. If you are buying, it is my goal to put you in a beautiful home for the least amount of money. And, of course, if you are an investor, I will work to get you the deal of a lifetime! I have spent my life negotiating so you can count on me to do all the heavy lifting to get you the deal of your dreams!
I am a firm believer in staging and have access to high end staging which will help make the most possible money for you! I am also extremely creative and will have fun and unique ideas for open houses to help attract more buyers for your home. I am extremely excited to work with you and I can’t wait for you to see the energy and passion I bring to work with me every day. I make myself always available to my clients and will respond as quickly as possible. You won’t be waiting days for an email back- that is my guarantee! I will be your biggest advocate and will do everything in my power to keep you satisfied. It is an honor and a pleasure to serve the Las Vegas community and I look forward to working with you and being your biggest advocate.
Let me put your ‘Tuch’ in a new home!
